The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use. We do suggest you providing your own vaccume do to COVID but that is a choice.
  • Do your wash windows?
    We wash interior windows but there is an upcharge for that unless quoted in a deep cleaning. We also wash the interior of patio windows in any cleaning.
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 48 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes there will be a fee of $50 for appointmentws canceled outside 48 hours.
